What is Reserver?
Reserver is a platform that allows you to reserve products with a small token payment and pay the remaining amount later. This gives you flexibility to secure your favorite items without paying the full amount upfront.
How does the reservation system work?
Simply browse our products, select what you want, and pay a small token amount (usually 20-30% of the total price) to reserve it. You then have up to 10 days to pay the remaining amount or extend your reservation period.
What happens if I don't pay the remaining amount?
If you don't complete the payment within the reservation period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the token amount will be refunded to you, minus a small convenience fee of ₹49.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation within 72 hours for a full refund. After 72 hours, you'll receive a refund minus the ₹49 convenience fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. For the remaining payment, we also offer UPI AutoPay for convenient automatic payments.
How much do I need to pay upfront?
The upfront token payment is typically 20-30% of the total product price. The exact percentage varies by product and is clearly displayed on each product page.
When do I pay the remaining amount?
You can pay the remaining amount anytime within the 10-day reservation period. We also offer flexible payment options where you can pay in installments using UPI AutoPay.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges! The only additional cost is a ₹49 convenience fee if you cancel after 72 hours. All pricing is transparent and displayed upfront.
What types of products can I reserve?
You can reserve a wide range of products including electronics, appliances, furniture, jewelry, and more. All products are verified for authenticity and quality.
How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day delivery in Mumbai and Thane for most products. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and your location.
Can I return a product after delivery?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are the products authentic?
Absolutely! All products go through our verification process to ensure authenticity. We work with authorized dealers and partners to guarantee genuine products.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple! Just click "Sign Up" and provide your basic information including name, email, and phone number. No complex verification required.

Can I change my reservation details?
You can modify your reservation within the first 24 hours. After that, you can only extend the payment period or cancel the reservation.
