How does the reserve and pay later system work?

Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and pay a small token amount (typically 10-30% of the total price) to reserve them. You can then pay the remaining amount at your convenience or set up automatic payments.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. You can reserve any product regardless of its price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Can I pay the remaining amount in installments?

Yes! You can pay the remaining amount in multiple installments or set up UPI AutoPay for automatic payments according to your schedule.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the final price. We believe in transparent pricing.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free home delivery for all orders in Mumbai and Thane areas.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can return products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation anytime before making the final payment. We offer full refunds within 72 hours, and partial refunds (minus ₹49 convenience fee) after that.
