Agreement to Terms
- By accessing or using Reserver services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services
- These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and registered users
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Service Description
Reserve and Pay Later
- Reserver allows you to reserve products with a small token payment
- You can pay the remaining amount at your convenience or in installments
- All products are subject to availability and seller terms
- We facilitate the transaction but are not the seller of products
Payment Terms
- Token payments are typically 10-30% of the total product price
- Remaining payments can be made anytime before the final due date
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Service Availability
- Services are available in Mumbai and Thane areas
- We reserve the right to limit or suspend services in certain areas
- Service availability may be affected by external factors
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must use strong passwords and keep them confidential
Prohibited Activities
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Providing false or misleading information
Compliance
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must respect intellectual property rights
- You must not engage in fraudulent activities
- You must provide accurate information for all transactions
Payment and Refunds
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
- Payment information is encrypted and stored securely
- We do not store complete payment card information
Refund Policy
- Full refunds available for cancellations within 72 hours
- Partial refunds available after 72 hours (minus ₹49 convenience fee)
- No refunds for orders older than 7 days or shipped items
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days for partial refunds
Late Payments
- Late payment fees may apply as specified in your agreement
- We may suspend services for overdue accounts
- Interest may accrue on overdue amounts
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of overdue amounts
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
- We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the availability of specific products
- We are not responsible for third-party seller actions
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Liability Limits
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for product defects or seller issues
- Force majeure events may limit our liability
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any of the following purposes:
Violation Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through the following process:
Direct Resolution
Contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably.
Mediation
If direct resolution fails, we may engage in mediation.
Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
